Can I shop Kyn online and in store?
Yes. Our collection is available to shop online and in our Geelong West store. Some pieces may be available exclusively in store, while others can be ordered online.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item is showing as available but you have any questions about stock, please get in touch before placing your order.
Can I purchase an item online and collect it in store?
Yes. Select Store Pickup at checkout where available. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect.
Can I order furniture online?
Yes. Selected furniture is available to order online. Furniture that is made to order or ordered specifically for you will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Australia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
For smaller items, a standard delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout. Larger or bulky items, including furniture, may require a separate freight quote.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed on our website.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders containing in-stock items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.
Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Do you ship furniture?
Yes. We can arrange delivery of furniture Australia wide, however furniture freight is generally quoted separately due to the size and weight of the item.
For larger pieces, please contact us before purchasing if you'd like to confirm the freight cost to your address.
Can I organise my own courier or freight company?
Please contact us before arranging your own freight so we can confirm collection requirements and timing.
Furniture & Made-to-Order
Are all furniture pieces held in stock?
Some furniture is available from stock, while other pieces are ordered from our suppliers once your order is placed.
The availability and lead time will be noted on the individual product page wherever possible.
How long does furniture take to arrive?
Furniture lead times vary depending on the brand, product and availability. As a guide, made-to-order or supplier-order furniture can take approximately 2-12 weeks.
If a piece is currently in stock with the supplier, it may arrive sooner.
If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to confirm the current lead time.
Can I order furniture that isn't currently on the website?
Yes. If you're looking for a particular piece, size, colour or finish from one of our brands, get in touch. We may be able to source it for you.
Will my furniture order arrive separately from other items?
Yes. Furniture and smaller items may be dispatched separately depending on availability and freight requirements.
If your order contains both in-stock items and furniture on order, we'll let you know if there will be separate deliveries.
Can I cancel a furniture order?
Because furniture may be ordered specifically for you, cancellation policies can vary. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Some exclusions apply, including certain sale, made-to-order and personalised items.
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes, eligible online purchases can be returned to our store. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm the return is eligible.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
For furniture and larger items, please inspect the item upon delivery and note any visible damage with the delivery carrier where possible.
How does Click & Collect work?
Choose Store Pickup at checkout when placing your order. We'll email you once your order is ready for collection.
Please wait for your collection confirmation before coming to the store.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Orders should be collected within 7 days of receiving your collection notification. If you need additional time, simply get in touch with us.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes. Please let us know the name of the person collecting your order so we can make sure everything is ready.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Selected purchases can be beautifully wrapped for gifting. You can request gift wrapping at checkout or contact us if you're unsure.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Kyn gift cards are available to purchase online and in store.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and make sure your own details are included in the billing information.

Can I view furniture in store before ordering?
Where we have the piece on display, absolutely. As we work with a curated collection and have limited floor space, not every furniture piece is displayed in store. If there's something specific you're interested in, contact us and we'll let you know whether we have it available to view.
