Refund policy

We want you to love your Kyn purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a return within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition and in its original packaging where applicable.

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@kyndesignstore.com.au within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Please note that certain items, including earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products, may not be eligible for return.
